Open Workspace ONE (WS1) Windows
- Click on the Windows start button. Navigate to and open the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub.

Mac users: Use the spotlight search (Command + Space) for Workspace ONE.
- Log in with your AA or AE ID, select 'Keep me signed in,' and click Next.
- Enter your Okta/FieldNet/Outlook password and click 'Verify.' If prompted, validate with 2-factor authentication.

5. Click on your name in the lower left corner of the WS1 Support page.
6. Click on the 'Sync Device' button. This will force the device to check into the Workspace ONE console. The sync status should take about 15 - 30 minutes.

Open Workspace ONE (WS1) macOS
- Click on the Hub icon in the menu bar or use the spotlight search (Command + Space) for Hub.

- Enter your AA or AE ID and check Keep me signed in and click Next.

- Enter your current Okta/FieldNet/Outlook password and click Verify.
