Overview

These instructions describe how to log in to Workspace ONE (WS1) on both Windows and macOS, and how to manually sync your device to ensure it checks in to the WS1 console.

Windows – Open Workspace ONE (WS1)

1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Search for and open Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub.

macOS – Open Workspace ONE (WS1)

1. Click the Hub icon in the macOS menu bar, or
2. Use Spotlight Search (Command ⌘ + Space) and type Workspace ONE or Hub.

Log in Steps (Windows & macOS)

1. Enter your AA or AE ID, select Keep me signed in, and click Next.
2. Enter your Okta / Compass/ Outlook password, then click Verify.
3. Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.

Sync Your Device

1. Once logged in, click your name in the lower‑left corner of the WS1 Support page.
2. Click Sync Device.
   • This forces the device to log in to the WS1 console.
   • Sync typically completes in 15–30 minutes.
