Call Forwarding:
- Set Up Call Forwarding: Call forwarding can be set up via the Zoom App. Make sure to configure this to ensure calls are redirected as needed.
- Zoom Workplace App > Click your initials (top right) > Forward Calls
Call Delegation
- Assign Delegates: You can assign others to handle calls on your behalf. However, you must set this up yourself in the Zoom Web Portal.
- Zoom Web Portal > Phone > Delegation & Assistant
