How to authenticate with the financialguide domain

  • Launch Zoom and select log in with SSO. 
  • You will be prompted to enter your Company Domain - financialguide
  • It will then direct you to log in with your AA/AE, and you should be set.

 

How to configure the Outlook plugin

  • Go to zoom.us > Resources > Download Zoom client > Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook
  • You’ll need to run the installer and then restart Outlook.
  • If prompted to log in, select SSO and enter "financialguide"

 

Configuring Zoom Delegate

To set up a delegate (manager or agent)

  • Log into https://massmutual.okta.com and click on the Zoom chicklet. Go to Settings > Other (at the bottom of the settings page) > Click the + next to Assign scheduling privilege to and enter your assistant email.

To schedule on behalf of

Once you have been added as a delegate, when you add meetings on their calendar, you can schedule them on his behalf under advanced options. (see attached screenshot for example).
