Zoom - How to authenticate, configure Add-in, and delegate setup

Zoom Authentication (SSO – financialguide Domain)

  1. Launch the Zoom desktop application.
  2. Select Log in with SSO.
  3. When prompted for your company domain, enter: financialguide
  4. You will be redirected to the MassMutual sign‑in page.
  5. Authenticate using your AA/AE credentials.

Zoom for Outlook Add‑In (Windows & macOS)

Install the Add‑In

1. Open Outlook.
2. Select Get Add‑Ins.
3. Search for Zoom.
4. Add Zoom for Outlook Add‑In.

Use the Add‑In

1. Open Calendar in Outlook.
2. Create a New Meeting.
3. Select Add a Zoom Meeting.
4. When prompted, choose Log in with SSO.
5. Enter the domain financialguide and complete authentication.

The Zoom meeting details will automatically populate in the calendar invitation.

Zoom Scheduling Privileges (Delegate Configuration)

Assign a Delegate (Manager / Advisor)

  1. Sign in to https://massmutual.okta.com.
  2. Open Compass and search for Zoom.
  3. Launch the Zoom Web Portal.
  4. Navigate to Settings.
  5. Click on settings.
  6. Click on Meeting.
  7. Scroll to the Other section.
  8. Next to Assign scheduling privilege to, select the + icon.
  9. Enter the assistant’s email address.

Schedule a Meeting on Behalf of Another User (Delegate)

1. Open Outlook Calendar.
2. Create a new meeting on the manager’s calendar.
3. Select Add a Zoom Meeting.
4. Under Advanced Options, choose Schedule for and select the manager’s name.

The Zoom meeting will be created under the manager’s Zoom account.
