Overview
Zocks is designed specifically for advisors to reduce administrative work by automatically capturing, summarizing, and organizing client conversations from meetings—without recording audio or video. Zocks supports in‑person meetings, phone calls, and virtual meetings (such as Zoom) and helps advisors generate compliant meeting summaries, follow‑up emails, and insights while protecting sensitive client information.

How to Register
To begin using Zocks:
- Navigate to the MassMutual-specific Zocks signup page:

- Register using your @financialguide.com email address.
Complete the required onboarding steps, which include scheduling a demo with a Zocks product expert.
(A demo is required as part of the signup process.)

Integration with MassMutual Applications
Zoom Integration (Supported)
Instructions - How to Intergrate your Zocks Account with Zoom
Zocks currently integrates with Zoom for virtual meetings.
- Advisors can connect Zocks to their MassMutual Zoom account through Zocks Settings → Integrations.
- The Zoom integration allows Zocks to attend meetings and generate AI summaries.
- Zoom integration uses SSO (financialguide domain) for authentication.
Important Notes
- Zocks will not automatically display upcoming meetings until additional calendar integrations are available.
- If the Zocks AI does not automatically appear in a meeting, the Zoom meeting link may need to be manually added, or the meeting host must admit the AI assistant. [Zocks | Word]
Other MassMutual Systems
As of the most recent MassMutual documentation:
- Zocks is approved and supported for use by advisors.
- Additional integrations (such as Outlook calendar visibility) are under coordination between MassMutual and Zocks, but may not yet be fully available.
