Access Fee
Access to A360
- Access is not automatically provisioned for contract types with fee (Ex, firm staffs, assistants). The A360 Exception Request Form.pdf must be submitted by PDS with GA approval.
- To terminate access, the exception request form must be submitted by PDS with GA approval.
Access Level
- All Agency / Firm access – full access to all agents may be granted (Ex. PDS, Site Coordinator, ASOs, etc.)
- PDS submit request to A360 User Exception Request <A360userexceptionrequest@massmutual.com>
- If advisor has all agency access, the assistant who has proxy to the advisor will only be able to access the advisor's, NOT the entire firm
- Agent proxy access
- ATS / PDS submit request via ServiceNow – Field Access Request Form
- If advisor has proxy access to other advisors, the assistant who has proxy to the advisor will also has access to the other advisors
- Business Unit – CRM sharing (Ex, tasks, activities, workflow, custom fields, etc.)
- PDS submit request to A360 Relationship Manager
- Primary – inherit CRM settings
- Secondary – maintain personal CRM settings but can share tasks
*When Career Agent flipped to Agent Emeritus Contact, A360 will be auto-provisioned and AE will be charged monthly fee. If AE does not want access anymore, User Exception form needs to be submitted to remove access.
