Advisor360 - Household Search

Advisor360 Dashboard - Search from left navigation sidebar

• Type in the exact household or person’s name, account or policy number.

Client - Households Tab - list all existing households for the advisor (and other advisors' for whom the user has proxy access for).

• Next to the Practice360 Group drop down - Filter icon - type in exact household name, or add "%" with partial household name to return a list of households containing the characters that was typed in for search.

If unable to find the household

• Household may exist where advisor does not have access to (see "Household Sharing" article for advisors to share households)
• Household does not exist (see "Prospect / Client Onboarding" article to create household)
