Open your Hub App and ensure it is authenticated.
- If prompted to authenticate, please do so.
- After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.
If you still have problems, please do the following.
- Open Settings
- Mail
- Accounts
- MassMutual 0365
- You will be prompted to enter your exchange password. Continue.
- After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.
Android
Open up the Hub app under your Work Profile
- If prompted to authenticate, please do so.
- After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.
If you still have problems, please do the following.
Google Pixel
- Clear Cache of Gmail App
- Navigate to your work profile, then find the Gmail App.
- Long press on the App icon, then select App Info.
- Navigate to Storage & Cache.
- Select both Clear Storage.
- Go back into your Work Profile and select the Gmail App.
- Follow the setup prompts.
- Once completed, your email should sync within 5-15 minutes.
Samsung
- Clear Cache of Gmail App
- Navigate to your work profile, then find the Gmail App.
- Long press on the App icon, then select ⓘ to the right of the Application Name.
- Navigate to Storage.
- Select Clear Data at the bottom.
- Go back into your Work Profile and select the Gmail App.
- Follow the setup prompts.
- Once completed, your email should sync within 5-15 minutes.
