Troubleshooting: Email or Calendar Not Updating on Mobile Devices

iOS

Open your Hub App and ensure it is authenticated. 

  • If prompted to authenticate, please do so.
    • After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.

If you still have problems, please do the following.

  • Open Settings
    • Mail
    • Accounts
    • MassMutual 0365
    • You will be prompted to enter your exchange password. Continue.
    • After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.

Android

Open up the Hub app under your Work Profile

  • If prompted to authenticate, please do so.
    • After you authenticate, your email and calendar should update within 5-15 minutes.

If you still have problems, please do the following.

Google Pixel

  • Clear Cache of Gmail App
    • Navigate to your work profile, then find the Gmail App.  
    • Long press on the App icon, then select App Info.
      • Navigate to Storage & Cache.
      • Select both Clear Storage.
    • Go back into your Work Profile and select the Gmail App.
      • Follow the setup prompts.
      • Once completed, your email should sync within 5-15 minutes.

Samsung

  • Clear Cache of Gmail App
    • Navigate to your work profile, then find the Gmail App.  
    • Long press on the App icon, then select ⓘ to the right of the Application Name.
      • Navigate to Storage.
      • Select Clear Data at the bottom.
    • Go back into your Work Profile and select the  Gmail App.
      • Follow the setup prompts.
      • Once completed, your email should sync within 5-15 minutes.
