Manage your mobile device
Okta Verify is the preferred Dual Factor Authentication (DFA) application. If you're replacing an old phone, be sure to start here with moving Okta Verify to your new device.
Move Okta Verify to a new device
- Using a different device, Navigate to https://massmutual.okta.com
- Go to the Top Right > your name > Settings
- Scroll down to the Security Methods section.
- Find Okta Verify
- Below Okta Verify you should see your old mobile device listed.
- Select Remove
- Authenticate to confirm removal of your old device.
- Select Setup Up (Next to Okta Verify).
- Open Okta Verify on your mobile device
- Add account > Organization > Scan QR code
- If prompted, Allow Camera and Notification access.
- You need both for the QR code and login notifications.
Old mobile device
Unenroll old device from Workspace One
- Navigate to https://massmutual.okta.com
- Select Workspace One Self-Service Portal
- Make sure your old device is connected to a network (WiFi or Mobile Network) and powered on.
- If your device is lost or stolen, please notify us if you haven't already.
- Find your old device in the list.
- There are right and left arrows at the top.
- Once located and selected, choose the Enterprise Wipe option.
- This option only removes work information.
- Selecting enterprise wipe, typically takes just a few minutes.
- Be sure your device is online and active.
- On your mobile device, you should receive a prompt that your work profile was removed.
- Nothing else needed here, you can close this out.
Enrolling New or First device
Setting up new mobile device
- Install the “Intelligent Hub”, app from your App store.
- Login using financialguide.com email
- Take your time to read all instructions and follow the prompts within the App to install and configure.
