Dynamic Groups
- Created & used in Practice360 tabs (ex. Households / People / Accounts / Insurance / CRM activities)
- Maybe used with Practice level reports or with 1-Click review
- Based on selected filter options and can be saved as template
- Based on current data on system and the list/report generated is subject to change
- Example: Monthly birthday list, active Married A client living in NY, CRIA or Insurance only clients, upcoming review or touch point within next 2 weeks, etc.
Create and save Dynamic Group
- In Practice360 – open up one of the tabs – next to Practice360 group dropdown, click on the filter icon and select from the filter options, then hit Apply
- Click on the save (floppy) icon next to Practice360 Group dropdown, type in a name under Create a new group, select viewable by and hit Save
- Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown to run it next time
Remove and edit Dynamic Group
- Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown, click on the pencil icon to edit name or permissions, hit Save
- To delete the group, click on the red X icon, hit delete
- To edit the group, click on the filter icon, make changes to the selected filters and hit Save, then click on the save (floppy) icon to save it as a new group or replace an existing group, hit Save
