Hearsay Social allows advisors to attract, connect, and communicate with prospects or customers to grow their practice while complying with MassMutual regulatory guidelines.
To use social media - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for networking activity related to company business, advisors must connect their accounts using Hearsay Social. This also requires approval from the General Agent (GA) and Agency Supervisory Officer (ASO). In addition, advisors should be aware of what is and is not permitted on all social media sites. Please refer to the social media chapter of the Compliance Manual for more details.
