Windows Quick Assist – remotely connect to another Windows computer.
- Press the Windows key and type Quick Assist.
- Click on the Quick Assist app to open it.
- Click on Help someone. You need to sign in with a Microsoft account for first time.
- The helper will generate a 6-digit code and share it with the person needing help.
- The person needing help will enter the code in their Quick Assist app and click Submit.
- The person needing help will click Allow after Quick Assist is connected.
