Advisor360 - Static Group

Static Groups

  • Created & used in Practice360 tabs (ex. Households / People / Accounts / Insurance / CRM activities)
  • Maybe used with Practice level reports or with 1-Click review
  • Based on pre-selected data to be included and saved as a group
  • Report generated will not change unless changes were made manually
  • Example: Households within an extended family, clients from the same community, association or company, etc.

 

Create and save Static Group

  • In Practice360 – open up one of the tabs – manually select and check off the data to be included in the group
  • Click on ACTIONS: I want to – Save Selected “ “ as a Group (Static Group)
  • Type in a name under Create a new group, select viewable by and hit Save
  • Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown to run it next time

 

Remove and edit Static Group

  • To add to the group
    • Manually select and check off the additional data under All
    • Click on ACTIONS: I want to – Save Selected “ “ as a Group (Static Group)
    • Select the group name under Add to an existing group and hit Save
  • To edit name or permissions
    • Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown, click on the pencil icon to edit, then hit Save
  • To remove from the group
    • Manually select and check off the data to be removed – Click on ACTIONS: I Want to – Remove Selected “ “ from Group.
  • To delete the group
    • Click on the red X icon, hit delete
