Advisor360 - Household Name Edit / Delete

Keeping consistent and correct Household Names will make it easier for you to locate the households.

 

Reasons for Household Name Edit

  • Spelling error
  • Correct naming standard (ex. LAST NAME, FIRST NAME)
  • Name change
  • Include both spouses
  • Change of head of household
  • Include middle name / initial
  • Marriage / divorce

 

Why Delete Household

  • Combining / Merging households
  • Duplicates

 

How to proceed

  • Client360 – Administration Profile Tab – click Edit next to Household Details
    • For Household Name Change – update the fields and at bottom right hit Save
    • For Household Delete – at bottom Left click Delete Household
