Investor360 - Account Set Up

Investor360 is a secure and comprehensive platform that allows clients access to view all their accounts in one place.  Advisors may share documents and communicate with clients directly within Investor360.

 

Advisor set up account

  1. Client360 household – Administration tab – Investor360 subtab – + Create a New Investor360 ID – Create Login ID
  2. Type in a unique Login ID (it will show invalid if Login ID already exists)
  3. Copy down the auto-generated password
  4. Enter the client’s full name and select level of access
  5. Select all accounts or group of accounts to be shared
  6. Consent to share access and hit save
  7. Advisor notify client with Investor360 Initial Client Login Email Templates and send two separate emails – one with Login ID and one with password only

 

Advisor invite Client to set up account

  1. Client360 household – Administration tab – Investor360 subtab – + Create a New Investor360 ID – Send Invitation
  2. Type in recipient name, email and select access, then Next
  3. Select all accounts or group of accounts to be shared
  4. Consent to share access and hit Send
  5. Advisor notify client to expect email invite for account set up

 

Client log in

  • Use a Desktop or Laptop computer, go to www.investor360.com and enter the login in information.
  • Follow on screen instruction or Investor360 Setup Reference Guide to set up Multi-Factor Authentication and security questions
  • After initial set up, client may download and install the Invesor360 mobile app in Apple or Google Play store

 

Troubleshoot account access issue

  • Advisor may impersonate client, unlock account or reset password by going into client360 – Administration tab – Investor360 subtab
