Client360 - Unmask Social Security Number

For enhanced security, social security number is now showing only last 4-digits as a default in Client360 Contacts Tab.  To see the full social security number, please follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Open up Client360 household and go to Contacts Overview Tab
  2. Upper right, click on Shortcuts for the drop down menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Unmask Sensitive Data"
  4. The social security number is now visible under the person’s record
