Change Profile Picture

  1. Log into https://massmutual.okta.com/ and click on the Zoom chiclet.
  2. Select Profile in the left navigation pane.
  3. Click on the Icon to the left of your name.
  4. Click Choose Files > Browse to headshot > Open > size and adjust in the picture window > Save

Virtual Background

  1. Download your proffered background using the attachment field (on this website) to the right.

  2. Move this file to your Pictures folder (or another preferred folder) so it can be found later.
    1. By default, it should download to your Downloads folder. 
      1. Use File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) to move to your Pictures folder.
  3. Open Zoom > Click your Initials at the Top Right > Click Settings

  4. Background & effects
  5. Virtual backgrounds > Click the + > Add Image > Browse to the file you downloaded in Step #1.

  6. Notes:
    • After you select an option, that virtual background will display during your meetings.
    • Your display may appear as a mirror image. It appears normally to your fellow callers.
    • To disable Virtual Background, choose the option None.

Integrate with Office 365

This will allow you to view all your Calendar meetings in the Zoom application.

  1. Log into https://massmutual.okta.com/ and click on the Zoom chiclet.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of Profile options to Configure Calendar and Contacts Integration.
  3. Verify or connect to Office 365 office account and integrate Calendar and Contacts
