Marketing Materials Ordering Instructions
Where to order: FieldNet > Marketing > Market Your Practice > Ordering: Stationery, Brochures, Ads, Supplies > WarehouseXpress (May add to My Links for easy access)
How many to order: Check the Quantity Available / Max Order Quantity / Expiration.
Cost: 1) Mostly free of charge 2) If there is a cost, it will show on the details page. The advisor will need to pay with a credit card at checkout.
Expiration: 1) Check all materials for CRNs (normally located at the bottom of the last page) at month end – Highly RECOMMENDED ⚠ 2) If material is expiring in the current month - Check and order new edition, then throw out the ones on hand; If unable to locate new edition, check with Agency Supervisory Officer if the current version has been extended
Favorite List: 1) You may add items to your favorite list by clicking the "heart" next to each material title on the details page. 2) You may access the favorite list on the main page for easier and convenient re-ordering in the future.
