LeadsApp

LeadsApp is a free mobile application that delivers and helps you manage leads from multiple sources.  This is the only place to receive MassMutual leads, and Workspace One must be installed before downloading.

The LeadsApp Desktop version is now available via Spark Chicklet in Okta.

Beginning April 8, you will be notified in real time when potential clients fill out a lead form to connect with you on MassMutual.com. Your email notification will include a direct link to the lead’s contact information stored in Spark. These are considered the “hottest” lead sources because a potential client is asking to be contacted by a financial professional.

Make sure to respond promptly after receiving an email notification:

• You will have 72 hours to accept or reject the lead.
• If you don’t accept/reject the lead within 72 hours, the lead will be reassigned to your agency’s lead coordinator.
