Digital Fax Instructions / Company Voicemail

Overview of changes

Office phone numbers voicemail will now go to the Office Fax Mailbox, rather than an individual. This will allow for easy access when users are out of office.

• Norwalk and Holyoke > AGY038 Charter Oak Financial Fax Mailbox

  • Norwalk and Holyoke will go to the same mailbox (same setup as Fax numbers)

Adding Fax Mailbox to Outlook

• Choose File | Account Settings.
• Select your account and click the Change button.
• Click the More Settings button.
• Click the Advanced button.
• Under Mailboxes, 'Open these additional mailboxes:' click on the Add button and type the appropriate name in the window, and click the OK button.
• Click the OK button.
• Click the Next button.
• Click the Finish button.
• Restart Outlook.
• The folder will appear at the bottom of your folder list.
