Okta / FieldNet / Outlook password
Unfortunately, we have no direct access to the MassMutual password system. If you're having problems, here are the self-service options and the MassMutual Enterprise Technology Services Helpline number.
MassMutual Account (OKTA) Self Service
- Navigate to https://massmutual.okta.com
- Below the login screen, there is an Unlock account? link.
- Clicking this link and following the prompts will take you down the path of unlocking and resetting your password.
- You will be required to provide secondary authentication with your personal email or personal phone.
- You must also answer the security question you created during the account setup.
- Once you've unlocked the account, you'll see another link for Reset password.
- Please read the instructions and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Mobile Device screen unlock
- Navigate to https://massmutual.okta.com on another device (laptop/desktop).
- After logging in, click on the Workspace ONE Self-Service Portal.
- Locate and select your mobile device and click on Unlock Device
- Go to your mobile device, and you will be prompted to enter a new password.
