Zoom Scheduler Add-in

The Zoom for Outlook Add-in allows you to schedule, join, and manage Zoom meetings directly from your Outlook calendar. Zoom recommends using this Add-in which works across Outlook Web, Windows, and macOS rather than the older desktop plugin.

After installing and logging in (SSO).  The Add-in is located in each New Message.

Installing the Add-in

  1. Outlook Web & New / Classic Outlook (Windows/Mac): Open your calendar, create a New Event, click the Apps icon in the toolbar, search for Zoom, and click Add.

  1. Classic Outlook (Windows): Open a new appointment window and click Get Add-ins (or Store). Search for "Zoom for Outlook" and install it.
  1. Mobile App: Go to Settings > Add-ins, find Zoom, and tap the + button.
  1. Sign ion using SSO > domain is Financialguide > authenticate

Scheduling a Meeting

Once installed, a Zoom icon will appear in your calendar event toolbar:

  • Outlook Web / New Outlook: Click the Apps icon in the compose window, select Zoom, and click Add a Zoom Meeting.
  • Classic Outlook: Click Add a Zoom Meeting directly from the meeting ribbon.
  • A Zoom meeting link and dial-in details will automatically populate the calendar event description.

Using Zoom Scheduler (Booking Links)

If you are looking for the standalone booking page service, Zoom Scheduler integrates natively with your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar to automatically prevent double bookings. Connect your calendar under the Accounts tab in your web portal's Scheduler settings to generate bookable scheduling links. [1]
