Advisor360 texting is a compliance-approved texting solution that allows you to send quick text messages to confirm appointments, check in with clients or send holiday/birthday greetings.
To get started
- You will need a separate landline (currently cannot be texted from) which can be your office phone number, or the home office can provision you a phone number
- Complete the Advisor360 business texting request form (must be filled out from the user’s own login)
- The home office will reach out to schedule an onboarding meeting
- Users may be put on a waiting list, and waiting time varies depending on the number of requests received by the home office at the time
Assistants and Staff ID Provisioning
- Assistants and staff IDs can also be provisioned for texting access. The request form may appear to be intended for Advisors only, but it does allow free-form entry of staff IDs.
Alternative Texting Option
- Global Relay is the other compliance-approved texting solution that can be accessed via a computer or mobile application.
- Unlike Global Relay, A360 Texting does not push new messages to you automatically. Users must log into A360 and manually check for incoming messages.
