Static Groups
- Created & used in Practice360 tabs (ex. Households / People / Accounts / Insurance / CRM activities)
- Maybe used with Practice level reports or with 1-Click review
- Based on pre-selected data to be included and saved as a group
- Report generated will not change unless changes were made manually
- Example: Households within an extended family, clients from the same community, association or company, etc.
Create and save Static Group
- In Practice360 – open up one of the tabs – manually select and check off the data to be included in the group
- Click on ACTIONS: I want to – Save Selected “ “ as a Group (Static Group)
- Type in a name under Create a new group, select viewable by and hit Save
- Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown to run it next time
Remove and edit Static Group
- To add to the group
- Manually select and check off the additional data under All
- Click on ACTIONS: I want to – Save Selected “ “ as a Group (Static Group)
- Select the group name under Add to an existing group and hit Save
- To edit name or permissions
- Select the group from the Practice360 Group dropdown, click on the pencil icon to edit, then hit Save
- To remove from the group
- Manually select and check off the data to be removed – Click on ACTIONS: I Want to – Remove Selected “ “ from Group.
- To delete the group
- Click on the red X icon, hit delete
