A360 Update to Unmask SSN in Client360

Advisor360 made an update on March 27, 2024 to allow an option to unmask hidden social security numbers.  This update will now allow you to only see the last 4-digits of the social security number to allow for enhanced security.  If you need to see the full social security number for your clients, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Search for your client on the A360 dashboard
  2. Once you are in your Client260 record, click on the Shortcuts drop down in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Unmask Sensitive Data"
  4. Click on the Contacts tab and review the people and their corresponding social security numbers.
