Widgets are mini tools that provide information for easy access and functionality to perform different tasks. User may set up Advisor360 and Client360 Dashboard from a selection of widgets.
To set up widgets on Advisor360 & Client360 (New Advisor Experience) Dashboard:
1) Click “Manage Dashboard”
2) Option to select 2 vs 3 columns setting
3) Click on each category with a blue + sign to expand and see all widgets.
4) Double click or click and drop the widget to the Dashboard
5) Click the Triangle to close the “Manage Dashboard” menu
6) To remove widgets, click the 3 dots located at upper right of each widget
To set up widgets on Client360 (Classic) Dashboard:
1) Click “Add Widgets”
2) Option to “select a Dashboard Template”
3) Click left and right arrow to view other available widgets
4) Double click or click and drop the widget to the Dashboard
5) Click “close” to close the widget menu
6) To remove widgets, click the x located at upper right of each widget
User may arrange widgets by clicking on the widget header bar to move it around.
